At Grad Prep, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Grad Prep account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all academic materials and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
